Requirements- Senior Certificate or equivalent plus a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Journalism/Communication Science/Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' working experience in the field of communication and marketing.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proven computer literacy, including advanced MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to effectively manage change and willingness to travel, work irregular hours and be committed to meeting deadlines within tight timeframes.

- Arranged and provided support to outreach internal programs of the College.
- Developed annual marketing and communication strategies aligned with the college's vision and goals.
- Identified and placed all print, radio and publication material; networked with the advertising industry.
- Developed visual marketing material; produced college publications (banners, brochures, annual reports, pamphlets, programme information).
- Managed public relations and media liaison services, including media and community liaison and communications.
- Proof read and edited external written publications and articles.
- Managed all college events including exhibition participation, official functions and special marketing events.
- Coordinated media queries and responses; tracked positive and negative stories on social media, newspapers and forwarded them to relevant managers.
- Provided photographic services, wrote stories for the college; drafted articles for the electronic newsletter and website updates; took pictures at events for news articles.
- Served as sub editor of the electronic newsletter.
- Gathered articles from colleagues and college activities; submitted, verified and forwarded for approval.
- Managed human, financial and other resources of the sub unit, performance agreements and assessments of subordinates.
- Monitored, evaluated and responded to queries on official social media and online communication platforms.
- Maintained regularly the content, design and layout of the college website.
- Coordinated college events and provided communication administrative support across delivery sites.
- Oversaw the dissemination of electronic and hard copy materials to relevant stakeholders and ensured document management support and storage of communication materials and equipment.
