Job Description

Group primarily operates in the motor vehicle industry. We seek a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager to join the dynamic team and manage all marketing activities across the group brands. This position requires visionary leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies that elevate our brands and drive tangible results

Main job function
  • Take complete ownership of all marketing and communication channels, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage and guide all Below the Line (BTL) digital channels, Above the Line (ATL Marketing) and Through the Line (TTL) marketing.
  • Lead implementation and management of CRM, leads management and all marketing-related systems.
  • Strengthen customer communication and community management across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Supervise outsourced teams (web developers, Analytics, SEO specialists, designers and paid search agencies).
  • Ensure all websites, social platforms, and communication channels reflect brand excellence and best practice UX/UI standards.
  • Review and approve creative direction, ensuring consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all brands.
  • Maintain oversight of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.
  • Oversee analytics reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM dashboards) to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor KPIs, and provide monthly strategic performance reports to executive management.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of customer experience across all platforms and communication channels.
  • Oversee implementation of enterprise-grade digital solutions, including:
  • Lead innovation by identifying emerging technologies and tools that support long-term business growth.
  • Direct and approve traditional marketing initiatives, including print, outdoor, in-store activations and events.
  • Ensure seamless integration between digital and offline campaigns.
  • Manage proposals and dealer applications where required.
Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma
Experience/Criteria
  • 8-10+ years' experience in marketing management, preferably within retail, automotive or franchise environments.
  • Proven success in developing and leading end-to-end marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of both digital (SEO, PPC, social media, analytics) and traditional marketing disciplines.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and digital transformation initiatives.

  • R60 CTC pm (Neg)
