Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator (Property & Investment)

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Director
About our clientOur client is a dynamic property and investment business focused on delivering strong commercial outcomes through strategic marketing and investor-focused communication. We are looking for a hands on Marketing Co ordinator to take ownership of our marketing function end to end - from planning and content creation to execution, reporting, and supplier management.

Requirements- 2-4 years' marketing experience (ATL/BTL experience advantageous)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including GA4
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms (Zoho advantageous; Mailchimp or similar acceptable)
- Working knowledge of WordPress; Property24 experience beneficial
- Confident using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve efficiency and output
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and content calendars
- Manage social media platforms (content creation and community management) and support paid media briefs
- Upload, manage, and optimise property listings on Property24
- Maintain and update the WordPress website, including content updates and basic SEO best practices
- Manage Zoho CRM and email marketing campaigns (segmentation, newsletters, performance reporting)
- Design marketing collateral using Canva (digital and print)
- Coordinate and manage external suppliers (designers, printers, photographers, videographers)
- Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance and spend reports
- Support investor presentations, pitch decks, and communication packs
- Property and/or hospitality marketing experience
- Exposure to paid media campaigns
- Basic SEO and marketing reporting knowledge
- Experience with design focused AI tools (e.g. Midjourney)
