We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team in Durbanville. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a relevant degree and 0-2 years' experience who is eager to gain hands on exposure to creative campaigns, candidate sourcing, and internal communications. Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content and campaigns to promote our brand and attract candidates.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for targeted groups by creating engaging campaigns and leveraging social media and marketing activities to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Build and maintain communication platforms for the internal team to enhance collaboration.
  • Draft and edit marketing materials, newsletters, and candidate focused communications.
  • Support event planning and promotional activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to align messaging with business goals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years' experience in marketing, communications, recruitment, or client service environment.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms (advantageous).
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self motivated, and results-driven.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast paced environment.
