Managing Director

The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership to position Goscor Lift Truck as the leading supplier of material handling equipment in South Africa. The role is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence while upholding the company's core values and culture.

• Lead the development and execution of business strategy in alignment with Group objectives.
• Ensure that budgets and financial metrics are set, approved and achieved.
• Oversee all operational, financial, and commercial aspects of the business.
• Ensure effective sales and marketing plans are in place and executed.
• Drive performance, accountability, and talent development across the leadership team.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and BBBEE objectives.

• Relevant undergraduate degree (Engineering, Commerce, or Business).
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA or similar) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the forklift, capital equipment, or related industry.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability.
• Proven record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
