An experienced and hands-on Chief Operating Officer is required to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role includes leading multiple departments, managing site operations, maintaining compliance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced mining and industrial environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA advantageous.
  • 8-10 years in operational management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Exposure to mining, industrial supply, mechanical/pump/slurry systems, civil works, or contractor operations.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations and operational performance.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
