We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fuel & Convenience Manager to oversee the full operations of a retail fuel and convenience store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales performance, staff supervision, stock control, financial targets, and overall operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 4 years' experience in retail sales, with proven management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent MS Office proficiency and knowledge of retail operating systems
• Strong financial understanding, including budgeting and cost control
• Experience in stock management and reconciliations
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven and target-based environment
