Job Description

We are seeking a Manager (Mining industry) for a permanent role based in Limpopo.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 12 with a trade certificate and further qualification advantageous
  • 10 years' experience in mining and heavy equipment
  • Staff management experience
  • Safety compliance experience
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • HR duties - appraisals; recruitment; disciplinaries; mentoring; overtime supervision; staff training; staff contracts
  • Fleet control and reporting
  • Ensure safety compliance with inspection and feedback reports
  • Budgeting and cost reviews
  • Marketing of services; handle client complaints; reporting; overseeing machinery servicing / maintenance; mentoring / training
Salary: Market related
