Job Description
We are seeking a Manager (Mining industry) for a permanent role based in Limpopo.
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:- Grade 12 with a trade certificate and further qualification advantageous
- 10 years' experience in mining and heavy equipment
- Staff management experience
- Safety compliance experience
- HR duties - appraisals; recruitment; disciplinaries; mentoring; overtime supervision; staff training; staff contracts
- Fleet control and reporting
- Ensure safety compliance with inspection and feedback reports
- Budgeting and cost reviews
- Marketing of services; handle client complaints; reporting; overseeing machinery servicing / maintenance; mentoring / training
