We are seeking a Corporate Communications Associate to join our global corporate communications team based in Singapore.

About the Role

This is a manager-level role reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications. The role supports the planning and execution of corporate communications strategies and initiatives within Sea and its core businesses, and works closely with senior stakeholders across brands, markets, and functions, including market communications teams.

The role is designed for an experienced communications professional who is comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and judgment, and who is equally comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution. In addition to working closely with central and regional teams, the role will collaborate regularly with seasoned communications leaders across business units and markets globally, contributing to the development of shared standards, best practices, and integrated communications efforts.

Job Description

Strategic Communications Support

  • Support the development and execution of global and regional corporate communications strategies aligned with business and brand priorities, working closely with market teams to translate strategy into execution.
  • Provide practical input on messaging, positioning, and communications approaches across initiatives.
  • Support issues and crisis communications work, including scenario planning, materials development, and response execution.
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members, providing clear direction, feedback, and performance support.
  • Serve as a day-to-day escalation point, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of effective team processes and ways of working.

Communications Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate communications initiatives, campaigns, and key milestones, from concept through delivery.
  • Oversee the development of communication materials, including press releases, messaging documents, FAQs, and leadership communications.
  • Ensure communications outputs are accurate, aligned, and reflective of Sea Limited's values and positioning.

Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across brands, markets, and functions to align narratives and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with communications leads across business units and regions to support integrated planning and execution.
  • Manage and work with external PR agencies where applicable, ensuring clear briefs and strong delivery.

Insights & Advisory

  • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and relevant trends to inform communications planning.
  • Provide practical counsel to internal stakeholders based on communications best practices and situational context.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in corporate communications or public relations.
  • Experience in a PR/communications agency and/or a fast-paced consumer internet or technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in relevant sectors, such as consumer technology, fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or digital entertainment, would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard for clarity and accuracy.
  • Sound judgment and discretion, particularly when handling sensitive or high-stakes matters.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role that requires balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution alongside market teams.
