Job Description

Reference: 10276 AV Consultant: Anneke Viviers Job Description:
  1. Preparation of individual company accounts from source documents to management accounts
  2. Regular VAT returns and year-end reconciliation
  3. Invoicing and billing
  4. Reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
  5. Resolution of un-reconciled items and non-standard transaction treatment
  6. Preparation of punctual and meaningful reports across business lines
  7. Assistance with preparation of annual budgets and business plans
  8. Implementation of systems, processes and controls
  9. Analysis of monthly and quarterly accounts for reporting purposes
  10. Maintenance of control schedules across group accounts
  11. Assisting with annual audits and liaison with external auditors
Qualifications:
  1. Completed SAIPA Traineeship will be beneficial
  2. Financial Degree
  3. 10 years work experience
  4. Experience in the hospitality or agricultural industry will be beneficial
  5. Experience managing a team
