Job Description

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering(advantageous)
  • At least 2 to 5 years' experience in a maintenance or mechanical environment
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Proficiency in health and safety regulations and maintenance best practices
  • Basic computer literacy

Key Performance Area
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and carry out timely repairs.
  • Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Support emergency response efforts (e.g., power outages, water leaks)
  • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance to operational requirements.
  • Work closely with other technicians, contractors, and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Provide support during facility upgrades, relocations, or renovations.
  • Supervise contractors as required.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify and report safety hazards and take corrective actions.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
