Job Description
Qualifications and Experience 
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering(advantageous)
- At least 2 to 5 years' experience in a maintenance or mechanical environment
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in health and safety regulations and maintenance best practices
- Basic computer literacy
- Verbal and Written Communication
- Problem Solving
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual

- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and carry out timely repairs.
- Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.
- Support emergency response efforts (e.g., power outages, water leaks)
- Assist in other positions and departments in accordance to operational requirements.
- Work closely with other technicians, contractors, and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Provide support during facility upgrades, relocations, or renovations.
- Supervise contractors as required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and report safety hazards and take corrective actions.
- Maintain safe working conditions and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
