RealNZ is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager - Infrastructure to join our Engineering Division. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure maintenance across our diverse asset portfolio.
As Maintenance Manager - Infrastructure, you'll lead a team to deliver safe and efficient maintenance across RealNZ's infrastructure assets. You'll manage planning, contractor coordination, and compliance, while optimising asset performance and overseeing infrastructure projects. Budget management and fostering a strong safety and team culture are key parts of the role.
What are we looking for?We're looking for someone with a broad, transferable skill set who can manage a diverse range of assets - including buildings, wharves, wastewater plants, and generators. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be collaborative, approachable, and customer-focused, with the ability to work effectively across teams and environments.
You will also need:
- Solid experience in planned maintenance and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Bonus if you have experience managing maintenance in a computer-based system like Maximo (but it's not essential)
- This is a full time permanent position with guaranteed fortnightly hours
