Ello Technology is hiring a Maintenance & FacilitiesCoordinator to maintain our properties and office environments to aconsistently high standard.

This role is about quality, reliability, and pride inworkmanship.

You will be responsible for preventative maintenance,facilities upkeep, and small property improvement projects, ensuring every siteremains clean, professional, and well-maintained.

• Performscheduled preventative maintenance on properties and offices
  
• Maintaingardens, grounds, and general site presentation
  
• Identifyand report maintenance risks early
  

• Executesmall maintenance and improvement projects
  
• Planwork properly before starting (tools, materials, access)
  
• Deliverquality finishes without shortcuts or rework
  

• Coordinateexternal contractors when needed
  
• Ensurework is completed according to scope and quality standards
  
• Confirmcompletion and sign-off on work delivered
  

• Maintainorganised tools and workspaces
  
• Completemonthly tool audits
  
• Ensuretools are clean, functional, and accounted for
  

• Logwork completed in the system
  
• Provideupdates on completed tasks, risks, and upcoming needs
  
• Communicateearly when materials, contractors, or timelines are at risk
  

Monday: Property maintenance and preventative upkeep

Tuesday: Office maintenance and facilities tasks

Wednesday - Friday: Project work and property improvement tasks

Every site must be left clean, safe, and professionallymaintained.
