• Report to shift Supervisor
• Operate fawema machine
• Checked machine to identify what product is in machine
• Checked packing material according to spec product
• Visually inspected and felt texture and quality of product
• Started up the machine according to manual specifications
• Placed packing material in magazine check dates and best before dates is correct
• Check weight of product packed
• Check that metal detector is in working order
• Check glue seals is correct
• Must be able to do palletizing
• HACCP, GMP's, safety and hygiene compliance

• Matric/N3
• 1-year FMCG experience
• Knowledge of the Food Safety and Hygiene procedures
• Ability to work in heated areas
