George Regional Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting while ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

This role is essential in supporting resident care needs overnight and maintaining a safe, calm, and professional environment.

1. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
4. Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shift
5. Document care accurately and timely in medical records
6. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
7. Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
8. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

1. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Mississippi
2. Current CPR certification required
3. Previous long-term care experience preferred
4. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently during night shift
6. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
