Job Description

Responsibilities

Product Knowledge
Understand all modules of the Drivex Logistics ERP including fleet control, telematics, inventory, finance, and compliance integrations. Stay updated with system enhancements and regulatory updates.

Research
Collaborate with client teams to extract process pain points and assess gaps in logistics workflows. Translate this analysis into ERP configurations that boost productivity and accuracy.

Deliverables
Create system documentation, configuration reports, custom training guides, and ERP dashboards. Lead end-user testing, feedback sessions, and post-deployment audits.

Communication
Convey implementation milestones and user requirements to developers, senior management, and clients. Report project progress and feedback to cross-functional stakeholders using visual documentation.

Requirements

Demonstrated ERP rollout experience with fleet/logistics modules

5+ years in ERP system design, implementation, or logistics consultancy

Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with end-users

Knowledge of supply chain and transport regulation in South Africa

Experience with SAP, Odoo, or custom ERP platforms preferred

Ability to interpret complex workflows into configurable modules

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, or Logistics

Proficiency with systems like Figma (for process flows), Jira, or Zoho Projects
