Legionella Plumber

We are recruiting for a Legionella Plumber in the South East of England, ideally with good access to the M25. You will be joining a well-established Water Hygiene / Legionella company, who have a strong client base and nationwide presence. It is imperative that applicants hold a varied skillset as well as industry-recognised qualifications and training. The role will involve travel across: Romford, Billericay, Ilford, Barking, Rainham, Enfield, Epping, Cheshunt, Harlow, Potters Bar, Watford, Harrow, Wembley, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Bishop's Stortford, Chelmsford, Basildon, Wickford, South Benfleet, Grays, Tilbury, Erith, Dartford, Gravesend, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington.

• Must have strong experience working as a Plumber within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company
• Will hold relevant qualifications, such as: NVQ Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 in Plumbing and / or G3 Vented & Unvented ticket
• Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Flexible and able to undertake both PPM and reactive works

• Travelling across client sites to complete a range of remedial / plumbing duties in line with ACOP L8 guidelines
• Deadleg removals
• Installations and refurbishments of CWST, as well as some cleans & disinfections
• RPZ valve replacements
• Calorifier blowdowns
• Pipework installations, replacements and removals
• Chlorinations
• TMV servicing, replacements and installations
• Completing service reports
