Learning and Development Specialist (17676 JR) (Permanent)

To manage, facilitate and develop training and skills development within the organisation.

• A bachelor's degree/diploma and 5-7years of Training experience, or a similar combination of education and experience
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
• A National Certificate in ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education and Training Development Practices) would be an advantage
• Accreditation as Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator is required
• Accreditation as Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) is required
• Experience on LMS
• Working knowledge of the various acts that make up South African labour legislation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
