We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to drive full-stack development, integration, and automation initiatives across Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. The ideal candidate is technically strong, delivery-focused, and passionate about building scalable, high-performing solutions that streamline business processes and enhance customer experience.

• Lead full-stack development across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and enterprise integration layers.

• Design and implement robust, scalable APIs and integration patterns supporting real-time data flow across systems.

• Build and maintain automation capabilities including auto-contract generation aligned to standards BR-10 and BR-12.

• Oversee development best practices, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, BAs, QA, and UX teams to ensure technical designs are accurately implemented.

• Mentor developers, promote best coding practices, and drive continuous improvement of engineering standards.

• Troubleshoot system issues, optimise performance, and ensure secure, compliant implementations.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and delivery planning, ensuring technical feasibility and timely execution.

• BSc IT or related degree.

• Salesforce and MuleSoft certifications (Developer / Integration).

• 8+ years' experience in software development within enterprise environments.

• Strong experience in Salesforce custom development (Apex, LWC) and MuleSoft API-led connectivity.

• Proven background in integrations, automation enablement, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps tooling, and test automation.

• Strong understanding of BR-10, BR-12 or similar enterprise automation and contract generation standards.

• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate across multi-disciplinary squads.

• Full-stack development (Salesforce, JS frameworks, API development)
