• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
• Engage with customers to explain services and recommend suitable plans
• Upsell recurring service packages to increase customer value
• Manage a high volume of calls (200+ per week) with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quality performance metrics
• Provide excellent customer service while handling objections effectively

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, call center, or BPO environments
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve performance targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Ability to handle objections and adapt to different customer needs
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and communication platforms

• Fully remote role based in Johannesburg, South Africa
• Fixed term contract (February to September) with potential extension
• Competitive hourly pay: R99/hour base + up to R66/hour in incentives
• Work from home flexibility with structured training and coaching
• Opportunity to develop sales and customer service skills

• Desktop or laptop (minimum Core i5, 8GB RAM) with camera
• Dual monitor setup and noise canceling headset
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps with backup connection)
• Quiet and dedicated workspace
