Role OverviewOur client is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise and corporate client relationships while driving new business development.
This role focuses on selling integrated enterprise mobility solutions, SaaS platforms, and managed services designed to improve workforce productivity, connectivity, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will adopt a consultative sales approach, engaging with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver tailored technology solutions that support digital transformation and mobile workforce management.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Account ManagementManage and grow relationships with enterprise and corporate customers.
Act as the primary commercial contact for strategic accounts.
Develop long-term account strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
Business Development- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Drive new customer acquisition through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Present and sell integrated enterprise solutions including:
- Enterprise smartphones, tablets, and mobility devices
- Enterprise scanning and workforce mobility hardware
- SaaS workforce management platforms
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Employee connectivity programmes
- Device lifecycle and asset management services
- Device insurance and protection solutions
- Identify opportunities to introduce SaaS solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate the value of cloud-based workforce management platforms.
- Drive recurring revenue through subscription-based services.
- Work with internal technical teams to support solution demonstrations and onboarding.
Engage with stakeholders across IT, HR, Operations, and Procurement.
Analyse customer challenges and propose tailored technology solutions.
Present integrated mobility and software solutions that improve workforce productivity.
Client Onboarding & ImplementationSupport customers during solution implementation and deployment.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding.
Ensure clients fully adopt solutions and achieve maximum value.
Customer Success & RetentionMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
Address customer issues proactively and escalation when necessary.

- Minimum 5+ years experience in Key Account Management or B2B technology sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in enterprise environments
- Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions
- Experience managing large corporate or enterprise accounts
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience selling workforce management or HR software solutions
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
- Experience in enterprise mobility solutions
- Exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems
- Understanding of device lifecycle management and logistics services
