Position: Key Account Manager
Area: Montague Gardens
Contract type : Permanent
Salary: Basic + incentives (neg based on experience)
Our very well established client is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers within the coatings sector.
Key responsibilities- Manage and develop key customer relationships
- Drive sales growth, margin and volume targets
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Monitor customer performance and profitability
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
- BSc degree (preferred)
- Experience in the chemical or coatings industry
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of raw materials and applications Key competencies

- Commercial awareness
- Problem solving and decision making
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Self-driven and results focused
- Basic salary + incentives - negotiable based on proven experience.
