Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to support quality assurance processes within a manufacturing environment. The role involves maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, assisting with audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with production and suppliers. This is an equal employment equity position.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Quality Engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or ISO-regulated environment (graduate/intern exposure considered)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Familiarity with SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation advantageous
