Your Role- Lead & Inspire - Manage, mentor, and motivate our international sales team to achieve and surpass targets.

- A minimum of 3 years International Sales Management experience within a Call Centre environment
- Proven leadership & coaching ability with a track record of driving results
- Specialising in Gas & Electric, Water or Lead Generation
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills - confidence in engaging the international market.
- Tech Savy, Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Clear Criminal record
