Current Team Structure:
- Sales & Admin Team: Handles inbound leads, quotes, and client support
- Operations: Manages stock, logistics, and dispatch
- Technical Team: Repairs, servicing, and after sales support
- Management: Strategy, partnerships, and growth
- Conduct 6-10 field visits daily across Gauteng
- Build relationships with:
- Doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Pharmacies and other healthcare providers
- Retirement homes and care facilities
- Generate new leads, referrals, and opportunities
- Promote and sell medical equipment
- Manage pipeline, follow ups, and reporting
- Assist with quotes and light admin
- Pulmonologists & respiratory clinics
- Sleep clinics (CPAP focus)
- Frail care & rehabilitation centres
- Home care & nursing agencies
- Oncology & wellness centres
- Basic Salary: R12,500 CTC
- Petrol Allowance: R5,000
- Commission: 2.5% on all sales (excl. VAT)

We are seeking a hands on, experienced Mechanic / Branch Supervisor - Atlantis.
Mechanical & Technical
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on motorhomes and company vehicles
- Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and scheduled services
- Assist with vehicle breakdowns within reasonable timeframes
- Apply basic auto electrical skills when required
- Ensure all vehicles are safe, compliant, and roadworthy
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop housekeeping standards
- Oversee daily workshop and branch operations
- Coordinate, support, and supervise mechanics and workshop staff
- Allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Assist staff with technical and operational challenges
- Communicate with head office regarding reporting, planning, and operational requirements
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct
- Drive branch efficiency and deliver excellent customer service
- Red Seal qualification with 3+ years mechanical/technical experience (diesel/mechanical background advantageous)
