Junior Foreman

A well-established company in the civil engineering and construction sector is seeking a Junior Foreman to join their team in Cape Town.

• 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in civil construction
• Proven experience working on roads, pipelines, and related infrastructure projects
• Strong ability to supervise teams and ensure work is completed according to quality, safety, and project requirements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Assist in overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor progress and quality of work on roads, pipelines, and other civil works
• Support the Site Agent/Foreman in managing teams, subcontractors, and resources
• Report on project progress and challenges
