We are seeking an Office & Accounts Receivable Manager for a permanent role based in Alberton, Gauteng, for a candidate that is available for an immediate start. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 12 with 5+ years related experience in finance & administration
  • Pastel and MS Office experience essential
  • Strong working knowledge of accounts, debtors & creditors
  • Insurance system experience (advantageous)
  • Candidate must be available immediately
  • General office admin experience
  • Proficient in age analysis and following up to get invoices paid
  • Proficient in crediting stock
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willing to work Saturdays if required

  • Procurement & stock replenishment coordination - monitor timely replenishment of stock; address and resolve PO discrepancies
  • Imports and exports coordination - oversee admin processes and ensure customers compliance
  • Reporting & admin - maintain stock reports; analyze inventory data; report on stock variances
  • Compliance & operational governance - ensure company policy adherence; ensure proper health & safety practices; maintain high stock security & accountability
