Qualification- Wireman's License ideal
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
- 5-8 years' experience in construction projects with MEP exposure.
- Experience in Construction and contract management.
- Project planning and implementation.
- Cost and commercial management.
- Team supervision.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Must be medically fit for the position.
- Electrical and mechanical systems.
- Plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Construction planning and programming.
- Contract administration.
- Cost and budget control.
- Technical and project coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and planning ability.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
