We are looking for a strong content and communications professional who is equally comfortable shaping high-level messaging and executing across formats and channels. You will own how Enko communicates, internally and externally, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints.
Your ImpactAs Junior Brand & Communications Lead, you will be the owner of Enko's voice across all channels. You will work closely with the Marketing & Admissions teams in the Central office and across schools, and with external partners to ensure that all communication is aligned, high quality, and effective across markets.
Content Production & Editorial Direction- Multi-format Creation: Produce all group-level content including social media, newsletters, emails, website updates, reports, and key marketing materials.
- Brand Voice: Define and maintain a consistent editorial voice and tone to ensure clarity and quality across the network.
- Content Synthesis: Translate complex institutional topics into engaging and accessible content for diverse audiences.
- Guidelines: Maintain brand and editorial guidelines to ensure network-wide consistency.
- Support & Execution: Work with school teams to provide playbooks and templates that support professional execution across all countries.
- Channel Management: Own and grow Enko Education's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strategic Narrative: Develop and execute a content strategy focused on storytelling, featuring students, alumni, schools, and leadership.
- Milestone Coverage: Turn key organizational moments and reports into high-impact digital content.
- Network Engagement: Lead internal and institutional communications, including newsletters, online events, and company-wide updates.
- Stakeholder Support: Facilitate communication for investors and partners, ensuring messaging is tailored and aligned with brand standards.
- Experience: 1-2 years in content, communications, or marketing is ideal, but we highly value candidates with exceptional potential demonstrated through personal projects or writing.
- Master Storyteller: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create structured and engaging narratives.
- Adaptability: Comfortable switching tones between different audiences (students, leadership, investors) and managing multiple formats.
- Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to take full ownership of tasks and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Added Value: Personal projects (blog, newsletter, social account, etc.) and a genuine interest in education and impact-driven work, orAfrica.
