Junior AI and Digital Marketing

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing with approximately 12-months of professional or internship experience in AI and digital marketing. This role is designed for early-career professionals eager to apply artificial intelligence solutions across multiple business functions. You will support senior consultants while gaining exposure to projects in Recruiting, Sales, Bid Management, HR, and Marketing, helping teams leverage AI for smarter decision-making and improved performance.

• Assist in developing AI-driven solutions for marketing campaigns, recruitment pipelines, sales forecasting, bid optimization, and HR analytics.
• Support data analysis and reporting to improve performance across divisions.
• Contribute to the integration of machine learning models into workflows (e.g., candidate matching, lead scoring, campaign personalization).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and visualize insights.
• Research emerging AI tools and trends relevant to marketing, HR, and sales.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients in a clear, structured manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Around 6-12 months of hands on experience (internship, project work, or junior role) in AI or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems).
• Exposure to HR/recruitment tools, sales analytics, or bid management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
