Job Description

TSU Technical Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for school leavers or young individuals who want to start building experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing invoices and reports
  • Scheduling daily callouts for technicians
  • Assisting the accounts department with invoice queries
  • Handling public and client enquiries
  • Ordering stock and tracking deliveries
  • Following up daily with clients about the previous day's technician work
  • General admin tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Matric
  • Strong Communication in Afrikaans
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, admin systems)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Prior administrative experience required but not essential- training will be provided
  • Reside in surroundings of Stellenbosch or willing to commute to Stellenbosch
  • Own transport
