Job Description

Our client provides customized debt and capital solutions - including restructuring, turnarounds, equity or debt investing - to companies across Sub Saharan Africa that face financial or operational distress. They combine advisory support with flexible capital deployment to stabilise businesses, preserve jobs, and enable long term growth rather than short term liquidation.

  • A curious analyst who digs into data to find the "why".
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources (collections data, call data, campaigns data, bureau data).
  • Knows how to use AI/LLMs to pull insights from conversations, spot negotiation patterns and improve agent behaviour.
  • Not a pure techie, but someone who can make the tools useful.
  • Able to turn insights into simple, practical actions for operations.
  • Analyse trends and highlight quick wins or risks.
  • Build insight driven tools or dashboards to guide daily decisions.
  • Work with JOC and Ops teams to embed improvements.
Skills
  • Strong analytical base (SQL/Python helpful).
  • BI experience (Qlik is a plus).
  • Curious, practical, fast learner.
  • Comfortable explaining insights and keeping it simple.
