Job Description:
What You'll Do- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Assist customers timeously and in a polite and friendly manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Document interactions clearly in the system
- Meet quality and performance targets
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
- Good command of English (for internal communication)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets or deadlines.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call centre systems.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and patience with customers.
