IT Systems Administrator page is loaded IT Systems Administratorlocations: Johannesburgtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: March 13, 2026 (6 days left to apply)job requisition id: R47268# Job Description To oversee adherence and compliance of all corporate standards and technology architecture, sponsoring business technology processes, managing client relations, aligning operations with the business, and overseeing the maintenance of all Group Finance Hyperion- and 1st level Certent systems Manage, deploy, and configure Hyperion and Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) upgrades, software updates, security patches and other necessary items on an as-needed basis. Manage network servers and technology tools where required. Provide immediate, direct customer support and troubleshooting help to end users through teams, email, telephone, and personal communication. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns. Create and\or verify backups of data. Troubleshoot issues and outages. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Upgrade applications with new releases and models. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution. Develop expertise to train staff on newer technologies. Review application logs. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and relevant policies. Administer on-call and after-hours technical support during monthly scheduled outages and unscheduled emergency situations. Collaborate with various managers and other IT personnel to improve existing processes, increase automation, and meet product development goals. Participate in required compliance activities as needed, including data log collection, statistical analysis, and proper reporting standards. Hyperion Specific needs: Provide Hyperion - EPM Managed Services to clients Build/maintain EPM knowledge/skills level as well as keep up with newer technologies, products, and versions Maintain a good relationship with hosting/managed services customers. Ensure your service delivery is compliant with FCC IT processes and SLA's. Keep Managed Services related documentation up to date Participate in Managed Services-related developments and projects. Work closely with Technical Services and Service Desk team. Follow FCC processes and procedures. Work closely with EPM Functional Administrators. Work with international software vendors support teams.
