Job Description

Weare seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join in Team IT. The successful candidate will serve as the link between businessstakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are accuratelytranslated into functional requirements, system improvements, and effectivesolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business units to understand goals,challenges, and requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gatheringsessions.
  • Analyse and document business requirements (BRDs,functional specs, user stories)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support solutiondesign and data mapping.
  • Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria and support UAT execution.
  • Assist with change impact assessments, trainingsupport, and go live activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Degree or Diploma in IT, Business, Information Systems,or related field.
  • Advantageous: CBAP / CCBA / ECBA / PMI PBAcertification.
  • Minimum 3+ years in Business Analysis or SystemsAnalysis.
  • Experience working in SDLC and/or Agile environments.
  • Strong business requirements elicitation anddocumentation skills.
  • Process modelling (BPMN / workflows).
  • Understanding of business systems and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate between technical and businesslanguage.
