Lead Qualifier
Job Description
The international Hotel School, online department if looking for an enthusiastic lead qualifier who willevaluate potential learners (leads) to determine if they meet the requirements for the courses that they want to study before they are passed on to senior sales representatives .
The purpose of the role:- Maximizing Sales Efficiency: By identifying high-potential leads early, they prevent sales teams from wasting time on prospects unlikely to register, allowing reps to focus on closing deals rather than chasing dead ends.
- Filtering and Prioritizing Leads: act as a gatekeeper, distinguishing between "hot" leads ready for a direct sales conversation and "warm" leads that require further investigation.
- Improving Conversion Rates: By ensuring that only prospects that meet the requirements are passed to the sales team, the likelihood of closing a deal increases significantly.
Experience: Typically 1-2 years in lead generation, inside sales, or customer service.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential, such as Salesforce, HubSpot. Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and lead management tools is also highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary to engage prospects via phone, email, or chat.
- Active Listening: The ability to listen carefully, understand customer pain points, and ask probing questions is crucial.
