Job Description

Systems Services, a leading Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) solutions provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated IT and Printer Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year proven technical experience in the ICT industry (non-negotiable).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or related field (non-negotiable).
  • CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications (non-negotiable).
  • Valid driver's licence (Non-negotiable).
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.
  • Perform fault finding, servicing, and repairs on ICT equipment, including printers.
  • Manage and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and maintenance contracts.
  • Assist with equipment deliveries, installations, and setups.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional service delivery.
