Account Manager - Network Solutions (KZN)
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

What You'll Be Doing- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients across KZN
- Acting as the go-to tech advisor - discussing and recommending the best solutions to suit each customer's unique needs
- Upselling and consulting on technical products and services, backed by your hands-on knowledge
- Bridging the gap between technical implementation and client relationship management
- A solid background in Network Engineering or Field Support - you can "talk tech" confidently
- A natural talent for building trust and delivering solutions
- Experience with:
- Microsoft 365, Azure, IT Security, LAN/Wireless Networks, Servers, or Endpoint Devices
- Sales-focused certifications like MS-900, SC-900, or AZ-900
- Implementation or vendor certifications (bonus points!)
- Relevant IT Certifications
- At least 2 years in a Field Technician role + 1 year in Account/Customer Management
- A reliable vehicle & valid driver's license
