IoT Electronics Verification Technician
Job Description
A specialist electronics and embedded technology environment is seeking a Technician to join the R&D team. The role focuses on verification testing across firmware and hardware modifications for embedded IoT devices, ensuring product reliability, functionality and compliance with quality standards.
You will execute structured test cycles covering startup sequences, operating systems, menu functionality, command execution, calibration verification, device integrations and communication performance. The role also supports production, tooling, manufacturing diagnostics, and test fixture activities within a technically driven environment.
Minimum Requirements- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years' hands on electronics testing experience.
- Proven experience testing embedded electronic devices or IoT products.
- Experience using electronic test equipment and measurement tools.
- Ability to interpret schematics and component datasheets.
- Strong troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, structured testing methodology, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
- Telematics or automotive electronics testing.
- Vehicle integration testing.
- Embedded communication systems testing.
