Our client is the leading global Importer of Record and Compliance Specialist - operating across 200+ destinations and serving some of the biggest names in the medical and pharmaceutical world.

They're growing their Service Team and looking for a sharp, commercially minded CA or Attorney ready to step into a high-impact project management role.

You'll be the bridge between clients and compliance - owning the full lifecycle of complex international shipments for global clinical trials. From RFPs and bespoke quoting through to compliance reviews, project delivery, and client relationship management, this is a role where no two days look the same.

• Managing bespoke quoting and compliance reviews for new shipment requests
• Leading the import project management for global clinical trial supplies
• Coordinating across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Developing novel solutions to meet unique client needs
• Completing thorough project handovers to the service team post go live

• Building and maintaining relationships with an international client base
• Running client calls to walk through pre compliance requirements
• Handling escalations and ensuring consistent client satisfaction

• Managing client timelines and project planning
• Preparing and presenting new project proposals to clients
• Cross functional problem solving to convert opportunities

• CA(SA) or LLB qualification (essential)
• Strong academic track record
• Sharp analytical mind with solid commercial awareness
• Highly organised - comfortable managing multiple high value projects simultaneously
• Creative problem solver who can navigate complexity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Personable, ambitious, and adaptable
