Job Description:

• Capital Raising & Investor Relations
  • Engage with potential investors and assist in raising capital funds
  • Maintain relationships with existing investors and provide regular updates
  • Present investment opportunities and assist in client meetings
  • Assist in structuring and launching new investment funds
  • Identify and approach new potential capital partners
• Business Development & Marketing
  • Help grow assets under management (AUM)
  • Assist in building and launching new investment strategies and funds
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote investment products
  • Assist with investor presentations, newsletters and marketing material
  • Support digital marketing, thought leadership and brand building initiatives
• Investment Analysis
  • Analyse listed and unlisted investment opportunities
  • Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis
  • Assist with due diligence on private equity opportunities
  • Prepare investment memorandums
• Operations & Reporting
  • Assist with portfolio reporting for investors
  • Basic bookkeeping and financial administration (Xero)
  • Maintain investment data and models in Excel

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Investments or similar
• Strong interest in investments, capital markets and private equity
• Passion for marketing, business development and building relationships
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Skilled in Excel and financial modelling
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative
