INVENTORY SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Supervisor to manage and control finished goods inventory. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, FIFO compliance, staff supervision, reporting, and supporting warehouse operations through ERP/WMS systems.

• Manage daily finished goods inventory operations
• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/WMS systems
• Conduct cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and variance investigations
• Supervise inventory and warehouse staff
• Ensure FIFO compliance and efficient storage practices
• Support shop floor scanning and inventory-related system issues
• Compile inventory, KPI, and variance reports
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory standards

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years' experiencein inventory or warehouse management, including a supervisory role(FMCG experience preferred)
• Proven experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention todetail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
