Job Description: PROCESS: Receiving: Manage receipt of new CHEP pallets issued by CHEP, manage customer empty pallet exchanges. Capture and track all movements. Issuing: Manage issuing of pallets for return to CHEP, manage issuing of pallets to Packing Plant and Boksburg sites Implement governance rhythm (daily, weekly, monthly checks), cycle counts, variance resolution. Accountable for inventory accuracy and compliance, conducting cycle counts, full stock takes, root cause analysis on variances, and implementing corrective and preventative actions. Ensure stock accuracy ( 98-99%). Ensure CHEP balance accuracy ( 99%). Identify shrinkage ( 0.5%), then identify process gaps and work with relevant departments to mitigate losses. Conduct timely reconciliation and ensure audit readiness.Minimum qualification: Grade 12Advantageous qualification: Diploma in Supply Chain / LogisticsExperience: 1 - 3 years' relevant experience in a related roleTo apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.
