POSITION STATEMENT

Schedulers are accountable and responsible for scheduling installations and liaising with clients accordingly. Make telephonic, scheduled bookings with clients who have completed an application for optic fibre to be installed at their premises.

  • Scheduling installation bookings
  • Administration

  • Client communication - Utilizing the communication script provided
  • Clear concise email & message construction
  • Update system with all relevant information for every installation booked.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate or diploma in business administration will be advantageous
  • At least 3 years in call center or customer relations environment
  • MS Office, Excel skills, Word, Email and internet
