What You'll Do: Lead research and insights delivery across multiple key accounts Design robust research solutions aligned to client objectives Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality and timeliness Translate complex data into clear, commercially meaningful insights Present strategic recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders Guide teams on questionnaire development, analytics, and reporting Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and excellence What You Bring 6+ years' market research experience (5+ with a strong senior track record will be considered) 3+ years of project management and client-facing experience Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment Strong expertise in research design, sampling methodologies, and analytics Excellent storytelling and presentation capability A leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and develop others Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Business or related field Postgraduate qualification advantageous Who You Are: You are: Commercially astute Strategically sharp Detail-oriented yet big-picture driven Confident under pressure A strong communicator and natural leaderIf you have a passion for insights, strategic thinking and client service excellence, apply now to join our dynamic team!
