Information Technology Engineer

As an IT Engineer at Kurtosys, you'll manage and improve the internal systems that enable our teams to do their best work.

From cloud infrastructure and identity management to device provisioning and networking, you'll ensure the technology powering our global team is reliable, secure and constantly improving.

You'll join an 8-person infrastructure and engineering team, including platform, database and IT engineers, supporting teams across multiple international offices and remote environments.

If you see a better way to improve or automate something, you'll have the freedom to build it.

• Manage cloud, network, and hybrid systems including Azure, AWS, and on-premise infrastructure.
• Implement identity and access management (Okta, Duo) and provision devices (MacOS, Windows) using MDM.
• Provide hands on IT support, maintain system reliability, and oversee AV and networking infrastructure.
• Automate processes through scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and collaborate across teams for upgrades, migrations, and improvements.

• Azure and AWS environments
• Okta, Duo, and identity systems
• MacOS and Windows devices
• Office networking (switches, routers, connectivity)
• Automation and scripting tools

• Experience with Apple MDM -Mosyle or similar
• MacOS and Windows desktop support experience
• Experience with network infrastructure -switches, routers, office internet
• Experience with Okta, Duo or identity management
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Automation or scripting (advantageous)
