• Crafting irresistible quotes for groups & incentive travel
• Hosting and accompanying groups across Southern Africa (10-20% travel)
• Bringing your on site experience to life in South and Southern Africa
• Working with international clients who expect excellence - and getting it from you
• Collaborating remotely with a team that's 90% virtual and 100% fabulous

You're the person everyone trusts on a group trip - the calm in the chaos, the spreadsheet whisperer, the one who knows exactly which lodge has that view.

Cape Town or Joburg based. Mostly remote.

• 5+ years experience in groups/incentivesand conference events
• Strong quoting & on site operations experience
• Confidence, polish, and exceptional communication skills
• Above average writing ability
• Solid Excel/spreadsheet skills
• Familiarity with Cape Town, Safari regions, and Victoria Falls
• Your own reliable transport
• A sense of humour (trust us, it helps)
