In-Home Health - Physician (Part Time) - Worcester MA

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide In Home Health Evaluations. Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the member's health plan, optional diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams or spirometry. The physician uses an iPad and a clinical workflow to conduct the evaluation and does not prescribe medication or order laboratory tests.

• Build trusted relationships and deliver personalized care directly in the member's home.
• Work within the Signify Health framework, fulfilling the requirements of the specified physician role.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits when required.
• Perform diagnostic and preventive services products (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening) as indicated.

As an in home clinician, your primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members. Environments may vary, and clinicians may encounter household pets, secondhand smoke, and other airborne allergens or irritants. You must be comfortable and able to perform duties safely in these settings.

• Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in the coverage area(s).
• Multi state licenses preferred.
• Coverage of Worcester and surrounding area required.

Anticipated weekly hours: 29.5. This is a part time position with a pay range of $46.03 to $206,206.00 per evaluation, depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Additional reimbursement opportunities exist for completed diagnostic and preventive services.
