SimCorp IBOR Lead Consultant

Location: Singapore or Hong Kong (On Site)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Allocation: 100% (Fully dedicated to project)

Overview

Skillfinder is partnering with a leading financial institution to appoint a SimCorp IBOR Lead Consultant to support a major transformation initiative across Asia. This is a key functional leadership role requiring strong expertise in SimCorp IBOR and Operations, with full allocation to the programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SimCorp IBOR (Investment Book of Record) solutions
  • Act as the functional lead across IBOR and Operations workstreams
  • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable SimCorp Dimension solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Middle Office, and Front Office stakeholders
  • Drive workshops, solution design sessions, and system configuration activities
  • Oversee data migration, reconciliation processes, and integration points
  • Support SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness
  • Identify and resolve functional gaps and production issues
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Required Experience & Skills
  • Strong hands on experience with SimCorp IBOR
  • Solid understanding of Operations processes within asset management or investment management environments
  • Proven experience leading IBOR implementations or transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, accounting flows, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders and business users
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
